I used the FAR questions for my exam this past winter. It had some questions pertaining to the new tax laws TCJA which I found quite helpful.

FAR was my weak spot. I failed the exam in 2015. For the second attempt, I used these MCQ’s and I also used the condensed notes. I found the MCQ’s more useful than the Study Guide. I found that audio recording my own notes was more helpful as I could listen to it in the car.

No SIM’s. That is a big problem going into 2018. I contacted the company and they have no plans to add SIM’s.

However, it took the company a two days to respond to a question I had sent them via Zopim. The customer service could be better.

It is a little different than some other question banks. For example, I tried the Wiley free 24 hr trial and they mimic the actual exam layout. It’s all on the computer. This product is just pages upon pages of questions. Personally, I don’t think it is necessary to create an actual mock exam so for me these questions were fine.

Practice questions are a no brainer for the FAR section. I used these questions for my non-productive time. For example, when I had twenty minutes free at work I would bang out 5 questions. Every little bit helps when it comes to the FAR exam.
