Students are always looking for an edge when it comes to hacking the CPA exam. Often I’m asked what is the most tested topic on a particular section.
For example, “what is tested heavily on the AUD Exam?”
First of all, every exam is different. Something that was heavily tested for your friend might not be tested on your exam. In other words there are no shortcuts and you will have to learn all of the material. You will drive yourself crazy trying to predict what will be on the CPA exam.
However for the AUD exam, there is one topic you should focus on. You should be intimate with the different types of opinions. You should know the different wording that is used. When are certain reports issued? Under what circumstances? Learn the details because they will try to throw you off with subtle wording differences.
